A strong 6.2 Magnitude earth quake struck Italy this morning at 3:30am damaging house and blackouts, at least 22 people have been confirmed dead with more trapped and buried in the rubbled collapsed building. As Rescuers sift through rubble in search of victims, some sobbed as their home and relative are gone .
