A mother shot dead while pushing her baby in a stroller

Chicago Basketball star Dwyane Wade cousin was shot dead on Friday afternoon while pushing her baby in a stroller in Chicago,According to family she was going to register her children in school when this happened. One of the shooter is been question and the police said the woman  was not the intended target.
