A woman who got married two weeks ago in Adamawa faisa Mohammed aged 24 was killed in Lagos today September 6 when a mudslide occurred in the Agidingbi Area of Lagos state.
According to the General manager of Lagos state Emergency Management agency (LASEMA) Michael Akindele
"The Agency received a distressed call through Emergency toll free line 112/767 at about 10:54am today, three persons a male and two females including Faisa were trapped under the mud.
The agency response team were able to rescue two alive while the other lost her life and the body was recovered.
The lagos state government warns people staying in flood prone & wetlands to vacate such areas to avert loss of life especially during this rainy season.
