Bobbi Kristina is the daughter of late singer Whitney Houston and R&B singer Bobby Brown, who passed on july 2015 following a violent altercation with Gordon after which she was found in a bathtub, unconscious and injected with toxic mixture. Kristina remained in coma for seven months before her death which was later revealed to have been as the result of 'Lobar pneumonia' water immersion combined with mixed drug intoxication.
On August 2015, after her death Brown's estate filled a wrongful death lawsuit against Gordon, the suit also said that Gordon committed domestic abuse and made unauthorized money transfers from his girlfriend's bank account into his own during her subsequent hospitalization.
Judge T Jackson Bedford of Atlanta's Fulton county Superior Court said because Gordon was a no_show on two separate occasions, anything he now alleges is admitted through omission.
Kristina father Bobby said 'I am pleased with the outcome of today's court proceedings. All I ever wanted was answers relating to who and what caused my daughter's death. Today judgment tells me it was Nicki Gordon . Now I need to process all the emotions I have and lean on God to get me and my family through this.
