China Longest & highest glass bridge closes just less than two weeks after opening

The record breaking bridge hanging over China Zhanajiaje Grand canyon was opened to the public on August 20 and closes Friday September 2.

A spokesman from Zhanajiaje said
"We are overwhelmed by the volume of visitors. The capacity of the glass bridge was limited to 8,000 visitors per day but total demand was ten times higher.
He also that the bridge was not cracked or broken.
