Scottish boxer who was knocked out on the fifth round has died

Mike Towell 25, who sustained severe injuries after being knocked out in the fifth round on Thursday night by Dela Evans has passed away. He was takenfrom the ring to Queen Elizabeth university Hospital where he had  been fighting for his life .His management said he died yesterday with his family beside him.

He was undefeated, he had a record of 11 wins and 1 draw from his previous fights.
